Personal:

I took 6th at state for wrestling at 112lbs in 2008.

I took 5th at state for wrestling at 125lbs in 2009.

3 Time Region Champion 2008-2010

 First started running for wrestling but soon found out that its a lot of fun running with the PVHS XC team.

I also have a twin sister named lacy and have an older sister named jenny and older brother named mike.

I Love riding road and mountain bikes and watch the Tour de France every stage every year.

I just started running XC at Dixie State College and I am loving it!!

Today i woke up kinda early and went for a short run.  It was sooo cold it was 21 degrees!  I feel way out of shape but i'm going to try to go running every morning for now on.

Today I went on a run by myself for three miles on the 2450 run and then i checked my weight for wrestling and I was still over weight so i went and ran some more to hearts from pvhs.  I hate having to lose weight!!

The PV invitational went well i think.  I got a new PR for the mile at 5:01 and i tried the 3200 and it was pretty good.  I think i could have gone a little harder but not to bad overall.

I beat my mile time by 7 seconds i think. It hurt way bad. This year of track has been way worth it and am glad i did it.  I hope this helps a lot during cross country.

how many miles do you run a week? before track started i was running 50 a week and im trying to work back up to it.

um... i think somewhere in the mid thirtys on average but we do a lot of good hard speed workouts. 50 a week is way good

RAGNAR WASATCH BACK

Leg 5- 7.4 miles (uphill) i got around 55:25 min it was pretty hard but luckily i ran with ross decker.

Leg 17-  4.2 miles  it was pretty fun running in the black of night.  My time was 28:28.

Leg 29- 2.5 miles Nice and easy not to bad. my time was 15:20.

Our total time was 21 hours 15 minutes.  7th place out of 743 teams.

Today i got a new PR!!!!!  16:53!  It was awesome!!  My legs hurt but everything seemed to hold up.  I felt strong in the race but nothing to special.  I tried not to start off so fast as i usually do and it seemed to help a lot.  I'm glad to finally get a good race in.  Hopefully all is well in region next week.

Today I just went for a 2 mile run for wrestling.  I went fast and it felt really good to just go out and push it.  I wish I could have run longer but I had to go Christmas shopping!
