Long-Term Running Goals: Finish a Marathon and a Triathlon
Run for the rest of my life so I can be in good health
Finish an Iron Man triathlon
Personal: I took 6th at state for wrestling at 112lbs in 2008. I took 5th at state for wrestling at 125lbs in 2009. 3 Time Region Champion 2008-2010
First started running for wrestling but soon found out that its a lot of fun running with the PVHS XC team.
I also have a twin sister named lacy and have an older sister named jenny and older brother named mike.
I Love riding road and mountain bikes and watch the Tour de France every stage every year. I just started running XC at Dixie State College and I am loving it!!

| Today I ran 5 miles from my house out to Washington Parkway and looped back over to my house. I felt really good and really enjoyed the run.

| We ran from Hansen stadium over to the sun rise tire hill. I ran up it 6 times and then ran back. It felt really good today! Its nice getting my runs done in the morning. |

| The race was supposed to be a 5k but it was shorter for sure. I'm thinking it was closer to 2.5. I tied for 1st with my friends from the xc team. We just ran it together. It was easy until the last mile. Then we picked up the pace so no one would pass us. It was way fun! |

| We did 8 formaster hills today. I thought we were supposed to just run an easy 7 but when I got to practice they changed it to a hill work out. It was pretty tough because we did 2 extra ones than we normally do. |
